Wild Salmon Celebration

The Chefs' Table Society of British Columbia and the BC Salmon Marketing Council joined together to create an event to celebrate an iconic BC product. Wild BC Salmon.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our wild, salmon celebration on Saturday. A special thank you to our stellar lineup of chefs including, chefs Robert Clark, Jesse McMillan, Lee Cooper, Peter Zambri, Lucais Symes, Nathan Middleton, Ryan Bissell, Erin Vickars, Tyler Shedden, John McManus and Charlotte Langley. We hope everyone had as good a time as we did!
