Owner Jenice Yu has been a part of her family’s fish-processing business since she was a little girl. Long before Vancouverites developed an appreciation for sustainable regional seafood, Jenice would watch the best fish being shipped overseas for top dollar. That’s what sparked her childhood dream of being a fishmonger and selling the seasonal bounty from our local waters here at home.
With a lifetime of seafood knowledge and a love of good food, Jenice and the F.I.S.H. crew thrive on sourcing and selling the finest Ocean Wise seafood caught by Canadian fishermen as well as creating delicious specialty products that make it easy for home cooks to choose seafood in their own kitchens on a daily basis.
