Wild BC Salmon BBQ - Bublé Style
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of pure Canadian Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
- Ginger, freshly grated
- Wild Pacific Salmon Filet
Instructions
- Mix 3 tablespoons of pure Canadian Maple Syrup with 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce.
- Add freshly grated Ginger, mix all together.
- Spread this mix on boneless Wild Pacific Salmon Filet.
- Marinate 2 - 4 hrs.
- Place on a hot BBQ.
- Cook until meat ‘flakes’ (test the thickest parts with a fork – should not be mushy) can take 15 minutes depending on your BBQ’s heat & filet thickness.
- Remove from the BBQ.
- Use a pancake flipper/scraper & slide the meat up and off of the skin.
- Toss away skin & tinfoil.
Serves 6 - 8
