Smoked Wild BC Salmon Ramen
Ramen dishes bring us so much happiness. We love a good broth and noodles, add in some smoked Wild BC Salmon, and it’s a treat made for ANY occasion!

Ingredients
Per Bowl
3oz serving of Wild BC Smoked Salmon - Home made or store bought
100g Ramen Noodles
King Mushrooms – cross hatch cut and fried golden
Shiitake Mushrooms – fried
Baby Bok Choy – Light Steamed
Green Onion
Sesame Seeds
For the Broth
1 liter Chicken or Seafood Stock
1” piece Fresh Ginger – rough chop
2 cloves Garlic – Smashed
Mushroom Stalks or Scraps
½ cup Purple Cabbage
1 tbsp Miso Paste
Directions
In a pot, bring the broth ingredients together and simmer and infuse while getting the rest of the bowl ready. Place another pot with water on the cooktop and bring to a gentle boil for the noodles.

Drop your noodles into the water and cook according to directions! Drain and run under cold water. Set aside, and let's get the bowl together!
Start by placing the noodles in the bowl as your base, add your veggies and Wild BC Salmon. Then, add your hot broth, and finish with the green onion and sesame seeds!
