Sockeye Air Fryer Bites with Sweet and Spicy Dip

 

Everyone loves finger food! This is a super easy recipe using an air fryer. A simple snack with a tasty dip will hit every spot for you, including a low-cal love! Eight minuets is all you need to make this…. you can thank us later!

Ingredients:

  • 1 side of Wild BC Salmon – cut into 1” pieces with skin on

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • ½ tsp Pepper

  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • ½ tsp Canola Oil

For the Dipping Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Gochujang Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • ½ tsp Sesame Oil

  • ½ tsp White Vinegar

  • ½ tsp Fresh Pepper

  • ½ tsp Soy Sauce

Serve with

  • Green Onion – Fine Diced

  • White and Black Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. Start by cutting the Wild BC Salmon into chunks and put them into a large bowl. Dust with salt, pepper, paprika, and oil. Mix well and sit for 5 min.

  2. Place a small piece of parchment paper onto the trays for the Air Fryer and place your Salmon Bites on them, leaving space between each piece for air movement. Place into your Air Fryer for 8 min at 375°f.

  3. While the Wild BC Salmon is cooking, mix all the sauce ingredients and pour them into a small bowl for dipping.

  4. Remove the Salmon from the Air Fryer and place it onto a plate. Serve with dipping sauce, and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
