Ingredients:

  • 4 portions of Wild BC Sockeye Salmon

  • 2 tsp Fresh Pepper

    For the Glaze

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil

  • 3 tbsp Honey

  • 2 Garlic Cloves – Fine Grated

  • 1” Fresh Ginger – Fine Grated

    Serve with

  • Rice

  • Cucumber

  • Zucchini Strings

  • Green Onions

  • Sesame Seeds

  • Chili Oil

Directions

  1. Start by getting the air fryer turned on and preheat for 2 minutes.

  2. Lay a piece of parchment paper onto the air fryer rack and place the salmon filets on this. Dust with the pepper and set aside.

  3. In a mixing bowl, add all the glaze ingredients and mix well. Set aside with a brush for later.

  4. Place the wild BC sockeye salmon into the air fryer and set to 375°f on bake for 4 min. When the time is up, remove the sockeye and add the glaze. Place the salmon back into the air fryer at 375°f for 2 min. Once this time is up, remove and glaze again, back into the air fryer at 375°f for the last 2 min. Remove when time is up.

  5. To serve, spoon rice into a bowl and your chosen veggie. Place the salmon over it all, and garnish with whatever you wish (We love a bit of chili oil, green onions and sesame seeds )

  6. Enjoy! Serves 4
