For the garnish:
Green Onion
White Sesame Seeds
Black Sesame Seeds
Directions:
Preheat your oven on BROIL.
Rub your Wild BC Salmon with oil and place on a foil covered baking sheet. Place in to oven and cook for 2min.
While that is happening, combine all of your ingredients for your glaze in a bowl. Mix well!
Pull your Wild BC Salmon from the oven and coat it with your glaze! Put back under broiler.
Cook for 1 min, pull and glaze, back under broiler.
Repeat these steps until your Wild BC Salmon is done to your liking. (We repeated three times!)
Pull from oven, place salmon on a serving board. Cut into BITE sized pieces and drizzle more glaze on it. Garnish as you wish and ENJOY!!!
